A true representation of Aizu’s elegance and grace, the Karahashi Yumenokaori Junmai Ginjo is brewed with the local Yumenokaori rice and Fukushima-developed "Utsukushima Dream Yeast." The soft water from Kitakata, drawn from 100 meters below ground, ensures a gentle fermentation that results in a sake with finesse and depth.
This sake greets you with fruity aromas of melon and strawberry, delivering a soft and delicate mouthfeel. It offers a well-balanced combination of minerality and umami, with a hint of sweetness that rounds out the flavor. Despite its medium-dry profile, the sake finishes with a refreshing and slightly sweet note.
